Job Requirements: Strong graphic design skills Basic Ui/Ux understanding 2D/3D Motion Graphics Animator experience Handles rejection from clients and constructive criticism Prior graphic designer experience Great interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, influencing, facilitation, communication, and decision-making skills The ability to stay highly organized with great attention to detail to multiple tasks and projects Have time- management skills and be deadline-orientated Excellent written and spoken English The availability to work minimum 15 hours per week, ideal times 9am EDT- 3pmEDT A reliable workstation with a fast computer, microphone and speakers, reliable internet and power if working remotely Experience creating decks, social media posts, logos, etc. A subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud is required. Must be able to do work for multiple clients at once with varying degrees of demand. Must be able to follow brand guidelines provided by existing clients, and devise and effectively communicate guidelines for clients that do not have the same. Basic understanding and knowledge of at least one language other than English; ability to work with non-Latin typography.
