Join us!Better together!This position is on-site, and we are looking for people who share our passion.Position ResponsibilitiesCultivate creative concepts and transform ideas into high-quality print and digital designs for a wide range of projects.Lead assigned projects, ensuring they meet quality standards, client needs, and deadlines.Participate in design review meetings with upper management.Develop photo concepts and work with the photography team to execute the vision.Mentor, inspire, and assist Graphic Designers on projects as needed.Minimum RequirementsBachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.8+ years of graphic design experience in a creative environment.Portfolio demonstrating a wide variety of print and digital design.Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud and macOS.Familiarity with Digital Asset Management and Content Management software.BenefitsComplete medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage and other wellness programs.401(k) with 6% employer match.
