Experiential Designer

As a creative studio, we define the energy, narrative, and design language that guide architecture, interiors, landscape, art, naming systems, and guest experiences long before anything is built. This is an intellectually curious and highly creative position for someone who enjoys connecting culture, design, storytelling, and atmosphere into a unified vision. Working directly with the founding Principal of MARQI Creative, you will help shape the conceptual foundation of large-scale hospitality and entertainment projects. 3-5 years of design experience with a focus on hospitality, gaming, entertainment, luxury residential, or large-scale commercial projects. Highly creative individual with a refined eye for art, design, and spatial experienceStrong writing ability with conceptual clarity and narrative disciplineExceptional presentation and visual communication skillsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and IllustratorAdvanced Photoshop capabilitiesComfortable utilizing artificial intelligence as a creative exploration toolStrong sketching and conceptual visualization skills preferredExperience with three-dimensional modeling and concept development preferredExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentMandarin language skills are a plusSocial media awareness is a plus
