Experiential Designer

As a Production Set Designer/Experiential Designer, you will own the planning, staging, and execution of physical data collection environments used to train systems. This role combines elements of production design, technical operations, logistics, and program management. You'll be responsible for transforming research concepts into repeatable, production-ready environments that maximize data quality while maintaining safety, efficiency, and scalability. Strong organizational skills with experience managing equipment, assets, logistics, and production readiness. Experience designing, staging, or managing physical environments for data collection, testing, or research.
