Develop creative, strategic design solutions for experiential graphics, wayfinding, signage, branded environments, exhibits, and placemaking Lead and support the design process from concept through implementation, ensuring alignment with client goals, timelines, and fabrication budgets Conduct user research and wayfinding analysis to inform planning and design decisions Manage project schedules, deliverables, and client communication to meet quality, scope, and profitability targets Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and vendors to execute complex, multi-phase projects Contribute to business development efforts, including RFP responses, proposal development, and interviews Serve as the client lead on selected projects, delivering outstanding design outcomes on time and within budget We are 100% employee-owned: every employee is invested in our clients’ success.
