Experiential Graphic Designer (hybrid, contract)

Overview Type: Contract, Hybrid Schedule: Regular business hours Experiential Graphic Designer Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related discipline, or equivalent work experience • Minimum 5 years of experience as a senior graphic designer, with event design experience required • Demonstrated creative portfolio showcasing outstanding conceptual thinking and design expertise especially with experiential and event design samples • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft PowerPoint, workflow platforms, Outlook, and Teams • Strong background in designing presentations, video/animation storyboards, social and paid media campaigns, and marketing collateral • Skilled in creating creative briefs, mood boards, image boards, pitches, and persuasive presentations • Ability to lead ideation sessions, strategy development, and design sprints with colleagues and clients • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, influence stakeholders, and meet deadlines and budgets • Advanced technical knowledge of digital and print design, both in-house and with external vendors • Willingness to handle both creative development and administrative responsibilities, including project management and client communications Experiential Graphic Designer Duties • Conduct design consultations to conceptualize and execute creative solutions aligned with business objectives • Lead the development and co-creation of creative briefs, storyboards, layouts, and presentations to effectively communicate design concepts • Design and deliver clear, visually compelling pitches, marketing collateral, and campaign materials across print, digital, social, and experiential channels • Mentor creative team members, providing constructive feedback and fostering skill development • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while maintaining alignment with client expectations • Collaborate with art directors, creative colleagues, internal clients, and stakeholders to develop innovative and strategic design solutions • Act as a project manager for assigned initiatives, overseeing workflow, schedules, and estimates to ensure successful execution • Stay updated on industry best practices, design trends, and emerging tools to enhance creative outputs and maintain a competitive edge
