What We're Looking For: • 3–5 years of professional experience • Bachelor’s or associate degree in graphic design, experiential design, illustration, or a related field preferred • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently when needed • Comfortable collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams and design managers • Familiarity with architectural drawings (plans, sections, elevations) and scale systems (imperial & metric) • Knowledge of wayfinding theory, strategy, and design principles • High attention to detail • Skilled in sketching, scaled drawings, computer visuals, and photorealistic mockups • Ability to translate brand identity into 2D and 3D physical environments • Solid understanding of signage materials, finishes, lighting, and fabrication techniques • Experience producing documentation for all project phases—from concept through construction • Confident in communicating design intent to clients, fabricators, installers, and stakeholders • Capable of creating brand visuals for print and digital media (logos, style guides, ads, social media, etc.) Tech Skills: • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) • Experience with 3D visualization tools like SketchUp, Rhino, Enscape, 3ds Max (or similar) • Revit/BIM experience is a plus Strong 3D conceptual skills are a bonus.
