A day in the life of a social media manager would typically include: * Planning and developing social media campaigns * Generating organic leads via social media * Crafting compelling content or getting it developed * Posting content across social media accounts * Engaging with customers on different channels * Analyzing running campaigns * Being on top of the latest social media trends * Recruit and organizing creative content and affiliated marketers/influencers within set budget * Grow company social media platforms *Create,, distribute and manage the daily digital marketing plan for the marketing * Work with executive and marketing teams to grow their personal platforms Responsibilities * Analyze customer expectations according to post social media activity * Develop social media campaigns * Define KPI's and KRA's for social media campaigns * Update social media content across all channels daily * Engage with customers and followers * Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer, FB and Hootsuite * Monitor campaigns and analyzes data obtained * Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics * Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network * Develop content or get it done by content developers * Keep an eye on social media trends * Communicate effectively to all stakeholders including senior management and content developers Skills and Qualifications * Minimum 3 years Experience as a social media manager with marketing firm, high profile individual and/or company * Experience in creating social media strategies * Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok etc.
