The position involves direct interaction with customers coming into our shop as well as on the phone and via email. Duties of the Customer Service Rep / Digital Print Production candidate will include : receive phone calls and emails from customers to help them with their printing needs, provide quotes, process orders and provide invoices upon completion of the work. Handle graphic design projects from start to finish Preparing files for print production; checking fonts, links and colors, creating bleeds, crops and imposing art when required. Review job specification from work orders and ensure that client files are accurate to produce jobs. Assist in print production and other duties as needed.
