Duties & Responsibilities • Works closely with customers, especially those having a special need for designs that reflect branding or for multimedia products. • Prepares specifications (methods to be used and equipment needed) and obtains cost estimates from customer service. • Specifies type (such as body copy, headline type, and typographical special effects), artwork, illustrations, photographs, and layout. • Provides mockups for planning concepts and design of projects for client approval and production coordination. • Prepares electronic or display-quality artwork for a variety of media.
