General job requirements: \\- Developing detailed ad strategies, including audience demographics and targeting, developing ad copy, and selecting creative assets for ads \\- Creating and setting up ad campaigns for Facebook and Instagram in Facebook Business Manager, checking ongoing campaigns routinely and making adjustments to copy, assets, and targeting to optimize campaigns \\- Pulling weekly short ad recaps with recommendations for edits and updates Qualifications: \\- College degree \\- Native English speaker \\- Minimum of 3 years of social media & advertising experience \\- Must have experience managing social media accounts and advertising for brands/talent \\- Comfortable communicating strategies with clients via email and on calls \\- Responsible, professional, strategic thinker, extremely organized and detail oriented, and very responsive \\- Able to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks \\- Tech savvy, with experience in Google docs, Dropbox, SproutSocial, and Facebook and Instagram Insights \\- Experience in social media platforms, including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Youtube, LinkedIn, etc. Include the link to your Linkedin profile in the email.
