Facility Asset Manager/ Facility Condition Assessor

Position Description Mimar Ponte Mellor (MPM) is seeking a highly-motivated, creative, and committed Facility Asset Manager/ Facility Condition Assessor, with at least five years of experience. • Space Sufficiency Audits to meet building standrads • Conduct site visits at multiple locations and enter data into the digital format • Supervisory responsibilities may include leading field teams • Energy Engineering may be required • Environmental Engineering Position Requirements Our ideal candidate will have: • A Bachelor’s Degree in architecture or engineering is preferred Candidates with demonstrated relevant experience in lieu of a degree will be considered. • At least five years of experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite, and AutoCAD software • Strong creative thinking and visual articulation skills • Strong leadership and project management skills • Excellent communication and writing skills Organization Mimar Ponte Mellor (MPM) is a multidisciplinary A/E firm, headquartered in Baltimore, MD, with offices in New York City and Washington DC, and an affiliate office in Harrisburg, PA, and Chantilly, VA.
