Please note this co-op program is based in Blue Ash, OH. Must demonstrate knowledge of the company and media industry Are required to provide a copy of an unofficial transcript or letter from the adviser/registrar showing proof of enrollment in a co-op program Successful students have: • Knowledge of the company, current events, and sports media industry • Strong written & verbal communication skills • A portfolio that showcases design thinking, creativity, and attention to detail • Proficiency in graphic design and prototyping tools such as: • Figma (preferred) • Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign • Sketch, After Effects, or similar tools (a plus) • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Willingness to take feedback and iterate quickly • Strong collaboration skills and a proactive, can-do mindset • Comfortable asking thoughtful questions and contributing ideas • Interest in sports design, user experience, and digital media trends • Enthusiasm for learning new tools—including leveraging AI to support workflow
