The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of visual storytelling, brand consistency, multimedia production and the Farm Bureau brand-combining aesthetics with strategic purpose. 3 years of professional design experience, preferably in banking or financial services. Strong conceptual skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines. Knowledge or familiarity of the Agricultural Community and the Banking Industry is preferred.
