Job Description Well established intimate apparel company looking for a fashion designer to join our expanding company. Please be CAD/Illustrator savvy, detail-oriented, have good communication skills, and a team player. In addition to our own brands, we do private label for major domestic and international retailers. Responsibilities * Design and development for single or multiple product categories * Create flat sketches on computer * Design and development of colors, prints and fabric simulations * Creating original prints, tags, and packaging materials * Present materials needed for market and private label clients * Work on Tech Packs as needed * Responsible for Fit * Supports product development team's calendar * Communicates extensively with sales and production teams Qualifications * 4+ years experience in fashion design * Degree in fashion design or related field * Ability to translate and design based on trends relevant to target market * Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with cross functional partners * Experience using CAD and graphic technology ie Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop * Strong fashion and color sense * Knowledge of print and textile design * Self-starter and can work independently with minimal supervision, * Strong collaboration and leadership skills *Confident and comfortable in in person and video line presentations *Background in sportswear and activewear a plus *Interest in sustainability *Interest in Sports and Athletics We offer: * $60,000-$75,000 * Benefits include Medical, Dental and 401K.
