Field trips will be primarily in the Santa Fe area with 5th grade students, though there will also be possibilities of leading middle and high school classes participating in River Source’s Watershed Watch program. Another important aspect of the work involves creating social media content, writing and graphic design work for our clients, partners and teachers we work with, curriculum development, and assisting with grant writing/fundraising. A bachelors or master’s degree in natural resources/environmental science, watershed science or planning, or a related field and a minimum of 2 years of experience in environmental or watershed science is required. Do not apply unless you have this kind of credential. The typical field trip length begins at 8:30am to about 2:30pm in the Santa Fe area.
