DescriptionDescription — Location: On site in Memphis, TN, Nashville, TN, Charlotte, NC, or New Orleans, LA.ResponsibilitiesSupport the Associate Creative Director with the development of concepts and designs for a wide range of marketing and advertising channelsPossess strong design skills and instinctive eye for qualityChampion brand standards amongst the team and with cross-functional partnersDeliver a project from concept to execution while working within prescribed timelines and budgetary requirementsBring extensive and ever evolving technical skills including Photoshop, Adobe suite, light HTML as well as graphic animation techniquesPrint production experience and expertiseAbility to participate in brainstorming sessions to explore best creative options and present designsRequirementsDegree in marketing, graphic design or related field3+ years of related experienceDemonstrated knowledge of marketing, brand, and design principles and developmentExperience working in a dynamic work environmentAbility to work independently on focused workCollaborative creative partner able to work with other creatives and cross-functional team members and vendors for larger campaignsExcellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skillsAbility to communicate design and creative choices in a clear and concise mannerA passion for the craft that will inspire co-workers to elevate the workA portfolio showcasing your design work is required for consideration.
