About the job Key Accountabilities General organizational/administrative help Assist other members on the design team Run errands like buying garments or trims Hang, seam & tag garments Conduct trend research Create tech packs and layouts as needed Assist in the day-to-day function of the room from an administrative level (email follow up, ordering supplies, keeping the room neat, etc) Attend meetings including design meetings, line in progress, and pre/post market recaps Qualifications Pursuing a degree in Fashion Design or recent graduate Strong Organizational Skills Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word Must be creative, motivated, and detail-oriented. Should enjoy working on individual tasks, but also be comfortable with collaboration. Be able to work with accuracy and meet deadlines.
