The position will require a flexible schedule, ranging from part-time to full-time hours depending on project workload.We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with strong PowerPoint and Production expertise to join our creative team. You will transform complex data and technical concepts into clear, visually compelling PPT presentations and marketing collateral that resonate across the global construction and climate tech ecosystem.ResponsibilitiesPowerPoint & Presentation Design: Create high-impact investor decks, sales presentations, and partner briefings aligned with brand guidelines.Visual Storytelling: Translate technical and scientific information into accessible, compelling visual narratives that emphasize innovation, sustainability, and business value.Brand Consistency: Maintain visual identity across all touchpoints, including pitch decks, case studies, event materials, and digital assets.Creative Production: Develop infographics, diagrams, data visualizations, and iconography that simplify and clarify Fortera value propositions.Innovation: Stay ahead of design trends and presentation best practices to elevate communication in the climate technology space.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).3–5+ years of experience in B2B graphic design, with a strong focus on PowerPoint/Keynote presentation design.Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to create clear, compelling visual narratives for business audiences.Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft PowerPoint; familiarity with Figma or Canva a plus.Experience in data visualization and simplifying technical/complex information.Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities.Passion for sustainability, climate technology, or industrial innovation preferred.CompensationThe hourly range for this job is $30.00 - $35.00, commensurate with experience.Contract detailsType: TemporaryDuration: Approximately 2–3 monthsSchedule: Flexible hours; part-time to full-time based on project workloadLocation: OnsiteEEO StatementFortera is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
