This role involves designing for various audiences including builders, consumers, plumbers, showroom consultants, and internal teams.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with team members across Product, Channel, Sales, Marketing Communications, and external agencies to develop brand-driven, consumer-focused designs within budget.Support other designers by providing design support, versioning, and working with printers or production partners.Create high-quality creative content across multiple projects, balancing tight deadlines.Design and develop materials such as packaging, merchandising, POP displays, signage, product launch assets, labels, marketing materials, and digital graphics.Manage reviews and updates internally and externally, providing leadership in design solutions to meet business needs efficiently.Work closely with internal clients to produce cohesive designs that align with company standards and goals.Utilize art and technology to communicate brand and product details effectively through images and layout.Organize source materials and manage art files using digital asset management systems.Potentially collaborate with external vendors like photo/video studios and CGI agencies.QualificationsBachelors degree in Design or related field.At least 3 years of graphic design experience, preferably in-house or agency.Strong aesthetic sense, portfolio, and production skills.Knowledge of packaging structure and print production.Ability to translate concepts into mock-ups and work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat) and familiarity with project management and digital asset management systems.Proficiency in MAC OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and excellent communication skills.Additional InformationThe salary range for this role is approximately $56K - $84K USD, with potential bonuses or incentives based on performance.
