A strategic, detail-obsessed approach and the ability to work independently to build long-lasting visual systems are essential.Technical Skills (Essential)Brand Identity Creation: Expertise in building foundational assets from scratch, including scalable logos, distinct color palettes, and typography systemsDesign Tools: Deep proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma for crafting and managing core design assetsCross-Medium Adaptation: Proven ability to translate brand DNA perfectly across varied formats, from digital social media kits to corporate pitch decks and print materialsBrand System Architecture: Strong organizational skills to develop clear brand guidelines, style guides, and structured asset libraries for wider team useAdditional RequirementsA strategic, detail-obsessed mindset focused on long-term brand equityStrong dedication to visual consistency and functioning as a true brand gatekeeperSelf-directed work ethic with the ability to troubleshoot independently and deliver high-quality assetsPortfolio showcasing branding work (logos, identity systems, guidelines) must be included in the CVEnglish proficiency: Upper-intermediate (B2) or above (required)Project time expectationsFor this project, tasks are estimated to require around 10-20 hours per week during active phases, based on project requirements.
