Job Description Cogent Analytics is a business consulting firm dedicated to helping small and mid-sized companies achieve sustainable growth and long-term success. This role will play a key part in elevating and refreshing our visual identity across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate brings both strategic thinking and hands-on design expertise, with the ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams. Key Responsibilities * Develop original visual concepts using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator) and Canva * Design a wide range of assets including branded graphic design elements, branding materials, website graphics, templates, email signatures, and marketing collateral * Collaborate with marketing, leadership, and stakeholders to interpret needs and present compelling design solutions * Ensure all creative output aligns with established brand guidelines and maintains a high standard of quality * Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines * Contribute to brand refresh initiatives, including updates to colors, typography, and visual assets * Create and refine assets such as business cards, LinkedIn banners, email signatures, and website components Qualifications * Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience (10+ years preferred) * Strong portfolio demonstrating branding and B2B design work * Proficiency in Figma, Adobe InDesign and/or Illustrator, and Canva * Ability to design across a variety of styles and mediums * Blend of technical expertise and creative thinking * Experience working within B2B industries, ideally aligned with consulting or professional services (Preferred) * Local to Greensboro, NC or able to commute for occasional in-person collaboration (Preferred) * Exceptional attention to detail * Strong collaboration skills with the ability to take direction from multiple stakeholders * Open to feedback and willing to iterate on designs * Effective communicator who is responsive and reliable * Highly creative with the ability to think outside the box and push bold branding concepts We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
