Role Description

YM Athletics is looking for a sharp, fast, brand-aware Canva Designer to help us upgrade and edit our partnership proposals, sponsorship decks, one-page sales materials, brand samples, and partner-facing presentations.

This is a month-long contract role designed for a designer who can take existing content and make it look polished, premium, and ready to send to banks, healthcare partners, car dealerships, restaurants, local businesses, sponsors, and community partners.

We are not looking for someone who only “makes things look nice.” We need someone who understands how design helps sell.

The right person is:

Strong in CanvaFast with revisionsExperienced designing sales decks, sponsorship proposals, or marketing materialsComfortable working with brand templatesAble to create clean layouts without over-designingDetail-oriented with spacing, alignment, fonts, and consistencyComfortable designing for sports, entertainment, community, and business audiencesAble to understand business strategy, not just graphicsReliable and responsive during the contract periodExperience with youth sports, NIL, athletics, media brands, event marketing, or sponsorship proposals is a plus.
