This role will play a key part in elevating and refreshing our visual identity across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience (10+ years preferred)Strong portfolio demonstrating branding and B2B design workProficiency in Figma, Adobe InDesign and/or Illustrator, and CanvaAbility to design across a variety of styles and mediumsBlend of technical expertise and creative thinkingExperience working within B2B industries, ideally aligned with consulting or professional services (Preferred)Local to Greensboro, NC or able to commute for occasional in-person collaboration (Preferred)Exceptional attention to detailStrong collaboration skills with the ability to take direction from multiple stakeholdersOpen to feedback and willing to iterate on designsEffective communicator who is responsive and reliableHighly creative with the ability to think outside the box and push bold branding concepts
