Overview We are newly formed Luxury Vacation Rental, Property Management, and Home Services company located in the Charleston, SC area. Duties Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and video content using Adobe After Effects and other industry-standard tools to enhance brand storytelling Design visually stunning digital assets such as social media graphics, website banners, and presentation materials utilizing Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, and InVision Collaborate team members to understand project goals, provide creative direction, and deliver polished designs aligned with brand guidelines Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards across all deliverables Conduct photo manipulation, digital art creation, and layout design for print advertising or sign manufacturing as needed Ensure consistency in color management, typography, and overall visual design across all platforms and media Use AI and set up system within AI platform that helps others implement and produce items to brand standard.
