As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will spearhead the creation of art files for mail and digital fundraising campaigns by collaborating with Account and Production. The solutions you come up with for multi-channel fundraising campaigns will be in line with approved strategy and within established brand guidelines.A healthy mix of creative and technical know-how, and knowledge of direct marketing best practices makes the Senior Graphic Designer an indispensable part of the creative team.RequirementsThe Senior Graphic Designer should have a minimum of eight (8) years’ experience in graphic design and be well versed in print and online production. They should possess a strong sense of concept development, proven typographic and layout skills, strict attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize work. Source images for print and online applications including:Collaborating with outside Agencies to source licensed artSearching for stock or other images on clients databases, creating lightboxes of images for teams reviewPhoto retouching/silhouetting/manipulation in PhotoshopRecreating, retouching, or recoloring logo files in Illustrator3.
