The designer will work on brand style guides, internal presentations, image libraries, and assist in seasonal concept development. This is an omni-channel role, supporting concept, print, and digital design functions as needed. Key Responsibilities Elevate brand projection through consistent, high-quality design execution.Support seasonal concept development and sign-off processes.Create and maintain internal/external style guides, brand asset libraries, and content decks.Collaborate on seasonal marketing recaps, newsletters, and sizzle presentations.Assist in window room presentation setup and initial prototype development.Contribute to internal marketing, branding, and logo projects as assigned.Proof and release routing packets with attention to accuracy and consistency.Stay up to date with design trends in fashion, retail, and marketing.Manage project schedules to meet deadlines; proactively address roadblocks.Support and contribute to a collaborative, creative team environment.Work in a hybrid model, with in-office presence as required by project timelines.Perform other design-related tasks and special projects as needed.
