Supports METRO’s Customer Information division with graphic design and layouts for a variety of traditional and digital communication channels. Development and maintenance of signage, wayfinding, and other customer information as needed. Performs duties in a safe, efficient manner and in compliance with all applicable rules and safety procedures. • Develops and maintains all customer information and signage to assist riders in the use of METRO’s services. Further, employees who perform safety-sensitive functions will submit to drug and/or alcohol testing in accordance with the Department of Transportation (DOT) and the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) regulatory requirements.
