Freelance Graphic Designer - 1099 Independent Contractor in the United StatesZehnder Rittling - A Trusted Name In Hydronic and Radiant Heating Since 1946 located in Western New York at 100 Rittling Blvd., Buffalo, NY 14220 is looking for a Freelance Graphic Designer to assist with our marketing needs in a 1099 Contractor or contracted capacity.Location: RemoteDepartment: MarketingHours per week: varied by project - expected to be 10+ per week Position OverviewWe are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Freelance Graphic Designer to support our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about visual storytelling across multiple platforms. This role is project-based and remote, with the opportunity to collaborate regularly with our Marketing Coordinator and Thought Leadership Director. You'll help maintain brand consistency while bringing creative concepts to life. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute visual concepts for trade show booths, banners, signage, and promotional materials.Create and update marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, presentations, and digital assets.Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs and platforms.Assist with digital design needs including website graphics, email layouts, digital ads, social media, online advertising and events.Collaborate with third-party vendors to manage print orders, promotional items, and trade show materials.Ensure all files are properly archived and accessible for team use.Qualifications2+ years of professional design experience, preferably in a marketing or agency setting.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign, with a willingness to learn new technologies or skillsExcellent communication and organizational skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projectsPreferred SkillsKnowledge of print production processes and file preparation.Experience with branding and identity development.Is quick, reliable, and able to develop highly polished and professional work without the aid of a creative director and with minimal rounds of revisions needed.Can work autonomously, diving into background sources to familiarize themselves with the client's brand and voice and produce compelling, on-brand work with engaging and compelling visuals.Possesses excellent project management, time management, and communication skills.Apply today at: www.zehnder-rittling.comZehnder Rittling has led the industry in quality, responsiveness, and innovation for over 70 years.
