This is an opportunity for designers to get resources and knowledge at their fingertips with minimal expenses and in exchange bring in and work with walk-in clients daily, basically a win-win situation! Think of it as your office and designer business inside a showroom where you just walk out with your clients and create projects!

This is what is expected of you as an in house designer

As a team we would like to serve clients during open hours, and we expect you to be here at the showroom during scheduled hours to keep the showroom open. The calendar is flexible but needs advance notice so at least someone keeps the showroom open during regular hours. As a keyholder you are expected to open and close the showroom making sure everything is locked and turned off at the end of the day. Have an independent business with Sunbiz and a W9 filled out with usWork with clients with professionalism, courtesy, and respect at all timesAnd lastly, even though we promote and create advertisements for clients, we also expect you to grow your clientele by making an effort to promote yourself and us.

As an in-house designer your payment will come directly from Design Tile and Flooring in the form of a check. All sales to clients are done through the central payment system from the showroom and you will get 10% commission from product sales.
