Freelance Packaging Graphic Designer

A company is looking for a Jr Graphic Designer (Packaging) to join their creative team on a freelance basis. Key Responsibilities: Design and update packaging mechanicals including hangtags, jokers, labels, and related packaging materials Prepare detailed mechanical files with exact measurements, dielines, bleeds, layering, color callouts, and other production requirements Work closely with internal teams to implement design modifications while ensuring consistency with brand standards Qualifications: Highly proficient in Adobe Illustrator with proven experience creating packaging mechanicals Deep understanding of print production processes and technical design standards Exceptional precision in producing complex mechanical artwork Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment Substantial relevant industry experience; not suited for entry-level or recent graduates
