This role requires strong expertise in packaging design, dielines, and print production, with the ability to deliver retail-ready packaging that aligns with brand strategy while meeting retailer and manufacturing requirements. Experience in off-price or high-volume retail packaging is highly preferred, as packaging plays a critical role in driving consumer purchase decisions in a fast-paced environment. Must include packaging design work Should demonstrate production-ready files, dielines, and finished packaging Experience in textiles or soft home strongly preferred 5–7+ years of packaging graphic design experience Experience with retail packaging (off-price or high-volume preferred) Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) Strong knowledge of dielines, print production, packaging formats, and materials Familiarity with GSM, substrates, Pantone matching, and finishing techniques Experience with packaging compliance and labeling regulations Background in fast-paced consumer brands or retail environments Familiarity with AI tools within a design workflow
