Freelance Senior Designer

Contract Senior Designer (Part-Time, Ongoing | CST Hours)

We are seeking a contract Senior Designer to provide ongoing creative support (~20 hours/week) for one of our clients in the hospitability space. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, brand-consistent marketing and internal communications across a variety of formats and channels.

Key Responsibilities

Design marketing email assets (currently produced as PDFs)Create social media creative, including Instagram Stories and feed “flyers” for promotions and eventsSupport HR/internal communications with BOH (back-of-house) materials, flyers, and infographicsMaintain and extend brand systems, including updating and adding to comprehensive brand guideline documentsDevelop or apply visual identities across assets as needed, with occasional logo design opportunitiesDesign menu templates and related collateralProduce large-format design work, including OOH (billboards), digital signage for hotel properties, and window graphics for new restaurant openings

Ideal Candidate

Highly experienced, detail-oriented Senior Designer with strong typography and layout skillsComfortable working across digital, print, and environmental designAble to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environmentExperienced in working within established brand guidelines while evolving visual systems when needed

The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $35-$40 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
