Freelance Vector Artist

I am looking for a freelance production artist who can vectorize images. I am a graphic designer and I usually do the drawing myself but sometimes, like now I have an overflow of work. I would like to be able to hire someone occasionally and spontaneously who works at home on Adobe illustrator or Coreldraw to carefully trace /draw images using the pen tool. Artwork will be used to manufacture emblems and flags. Someone with knowledge of preparing art for silk screening would be ideal.
