Front Desk Hero / Social Media & Marketing Assistant

The Front Desk Hero and Gen Manager is someone who arrives to work excited to interact with both the office clients and our agents and staff. Enjoys greeting and welcoming people to our vibrant office environment and seeks to elevate and collaborate with those around them. This position requires someone able to manage a variety of tasks throughout the work day including the following; Responding to Client Phone and Email Inquires Graphic Design Support Social Media Account Management Basic Technical Support Office Supplies Management (4+ office locations) Some Data Entry Knowledge and proficiency with common computer systems, Microsoft Office applications including Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Apple equivalents. Additional qualifications include knowledge of Google Drive products, Adobe Suite applications, Dropbox and other cloud based products. While this is an entry level role offering training opportunity on systems and tools widely used in the real estate industry, success in this position offers growth in a variety of directions within our corporation.
