FRONT DESK POSITION

The Front Desk / Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for handling the front office, answering/screening phones, and handling customer inquiries and routing issues to appropriate resources. This position will require multi- tasking and will need the ability to manage time and resources appropriately. Some duties and responsibilities for this position: ● Manage front desk phone calls and transfer calls to appropriate persons throughout the office ● Ensure front reception are free of clutter, trash, and looks appropriate as a professional office environment ● Have strong knowledge of general office procedures and office equipment with demonstrated ability to operate Mac OSX and Windows 8 computers, office printers, scanners, and fax machines. ● Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel ● Must have strong email etiquette and be computer savvy ● Demonstrate good analytical abilities to diagnose customer problems and resolve issues ● Ability to understand customer concerns and help them resolve issues with a polite and friendly attitude and conversational tone. Social media and video/picture knowledge is a plus along with knowledge of adobe photoshop and graphic design The following minimum qualifications are required to successfully perform this job role.
