REQUIREMENTS * Fluent in English and Spanish preferred * Energetic, pleasant disposition & ability to work under pressure * Strong Organizational Skills * Ability to Multi-Task in fast-paced environment * Excellent phone etiquette a must * Strong work ethic including punctuality and attendance * Able to work independently and as part of a team * Strong oral and written communication skills * Detail oriented * Strong computer skills (esp.
