The Graphic Designer is a production-focused creative role responsible for executing marketing assets across a wide range of channels. This person will primarily work within campaign frameworks established by senior designers, ensuring every asset is delivered on brand, on time, and at a high level of quality. When bandwidth allows, the Graphic Designer will have the opportunity to concept and execute their own design work, with mentorship and direction from senior creative leads. 1–2 years of professional design experience; a degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.Experience creating animated GIFs and a working knowledge of basic video editing.Strong production skills with a demonstrated ability to execute at high volume without sacrificing quality.Exceptional attention to detail and a strong eye for layout, typography, and brand consistency.Business and Management Principles - Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership, and coordination of people and resources.
