Full Time Graphic

Brady Corporation is seeking a Graphic Designer who, under general supervision, creates proofs and production artwork for custom identification products. This role serves as the face to Customer Operations and Production, taking requests for proofs and artwork and translating them into deliverables. The Graphic Designer also works on departmental projects as assigned and supports multiple value streams in operations.

Works in graphics software such as Adobe Creative Cloud suite, including Illustrator and InDesign. Objectively resolves customer service inquiries effectively with limited supervision.

Has strong attention to detail and ensures work meets customer, product, and industry specifications.

Supports process improvement through collaboration with peers, across departments, and leadership.

Develops and nurtures effective relationships within the team and Customer Operations in all Brady divisions.

Associate’s Degree in graphic design or related field.

Minimum of 1 year of industry experience as a graphic designer, production artist, pre‑press printing, or equivalent job‑related experience.

Ability to work with a limited degree of supervision.

Conducts problem solving in common day‑to‑day operations through root cause identification, assessment of standard operating procedure, and individual decision‑making.

Applies critical thinking and analysis to gaps impacting customer and employee experience.

Drives customer loyalty through account management, problem resolution, and professional written and verbal communication.
