Full-Time Graphic Designer (Barbas Hats)

Overview Barbas Hats is looking for a dynamic, high-taste Full-Time Graphic Designer to join our creative team and help shape the visual world of Barbas. Develop and execute visual concepts aligned with Barbas’ identity (luxury streetwear + modern Hispanic culture), including drop graphics, branding elements, and campaign systems.Design drop-ready marketing assets for Instagram, TikTok, web, email, and print (posters, flyers, banners, lookbook pages, product visuals).Create hat-ready artwork for embroidery, patches, screen print, and hardware concepts (metal logos, pins, trims), ensuring designs remain clean and production-friendly.Build typography-driven layouts that blend gothic attitude + modern luxury (high contrast, clean spacing, strong hierarchy).Produce motion graphics / animated content (After Effects) for drop teasers, reels, promo loops, and announcement visuals.Collaborate closely with the creative and marketing teams to translate ideas into consistent campaigns across all platforms.Manage projects from concept to final export, maintaining clean file organization, version control, naming systems, and production-ready outputs.Prepare final deliverables in the formats needed for both digital publishing and manufacturing (AI, PDF, EPS, SVG, PNG/JPG, mockups).Support collaboration drops by adapting designs to different artist worlds while keeping the Barbas signature consistent.Maintain consistency in typography, color, texture, and brand tone, ensuring every design feels like Barbas—premium, sharp, and culture-driven.Skills / Requirements You consistently create visuals that feel premium, clean, and culture-forward.You can switch between campaign graphics and product-ready hat art without losing quality.Your files are clean, organized, and easy to send to marketing or factories.You bring ideas, not just execution—always pushing the Barbas visual language forward.Join Us Barbas is growing fast, and your work will directly shape what people see, wear, share, and remember.
