What You’ll Do
• Design large-format graphics (signage, wall wraps, trade show displays, decals, etc.)
• Prepare print-ready files for production (prepress) including bleed, resolution, color profiles, and cut paths
• Work on convention and event graphics with tight deadlines
• Create and enhance visuals using AI tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, etc.)
• Collaborate with production team to ensure designs translate cleanly to print/cut
• Develop layouts for automotive decals, wraps, and branding (bonus skill)
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining speed and accuracy
Requirements
• 3+ years experience in large-format design & prepress
• Advanced proficiency in:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Strong understanding of:
• Print production workflows
• File setup for large format printers/cutters
• Vector vs raster best practices
• Ability to work quickly without sacrificing detail
• Positive upbeat attitude and willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of Casino branding and expectations
• Knowledge of substrates
• Experience using or willingness to learn AI image generation tools
Bonus Skills (Not Required)
• Automotive industry experience (decals, wraps, motorsports branding)
• Experience with RIP software (Onyx, Caldera, etc.)
• Familiarity with CNC/laser workflows
• Photography or product mockups
• E-commerce graphics (Amazon, Shopify)
