ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the overall strategy of the comprehensive marketing plan for our organization and brand. Assists with the development and implementation of marketing and advertising campaigns. QUALIFICATIONS Strong written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to articulate clearly with various contacts including existing and prospective residents, graphic designers, public relations outlets, advertising agencies, vendors and contractors. Excellent computer skills for generating reports, viewing marketing metrics, extracting data and sharing this information with other team members in project updates. -Minimum of 3 years of direct experience in marketing, advertising and graphic design.
