This role combines creative design with production setup and print file preparation in a fast-paced sign shop environment. Benefits include 401(k), 401(k) matching, bonus based on performance, competitive salary, employee discounts, free uniforms, paid time off, training & development. 1 to 2 years of graphic design experience Adobe Illustrator required Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Experience preparing large-format print files preferred Knowledge of vinyl cutting, bleed, scaling, and print setup a plus Experience with sign industry software or RIP software preferred Responsibilities: Layout and design signs according to written instructions Complete or modify designs from customer drawings and files Coordinate with co-workers and customers to expedite the proofing, revision, and artwork approval process Adhere to guidelines for preparing print-ready files and sending jobs to printers Prepare and operate vinyl cutting equipment for production Perform quality assurance measures by accurately reading and interpreting work orders At FASTSIGNS, every day is unique and presents exciting opportunities, including new ways to use your talent and grow your skills.
