Job Description Description: As a Land Development Designer at GCW, you will have the opportunity to design land development and public works projects. Essential Responsibilities * Designs and prepares improvement plans and calculations for specific projects such as single family residential, multi-family, commercial, industrial, hospitality, and institutional engineering projects under the direction of a Project Manager. * Assists in research studies and information gathering in preparation for specific designs. Education and Experience Requirements A high school diploma and a technical school degree/certificate in a related discipline is required.
