Our client is currently seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated Senior Presentation & Creative Designer to join their dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who excels in crafting compelling visual stories and managing end-to-end creative execution. The successful candidate will spend approximately 60% of their time on high-level presentation design and 40% on creative design across various media. This position requires someone who can take full ownership of projects from the initial brief through to delivery and is adept at managing timelines, quality, and client expectations.Responsibilities:Design visually impactful presentations in PowerPoint for a range of needs including executive communications, events, and internal communications.Handle various presentation tasks from slide formatting and content rebranding to creating custom templates and enhancing high-level decks.Apply medium to advanced animation techniques to slides to enhance storytelling and audience engagement.Integrate multimedia assets such as images, graphics, light videos, and charts to enhance clarity and visual appeal.Maintain brand consistency throughout all visual designs and adhere to best practices in visual storytelling.Own the creative process from understanding the brief, gathering requirements, iterating on design, to final delivery.Design digital and print assets, including infographics, social media visuals, internal campaign assets, and branded collateral.Develop and edit illustrations and icons that enhance visual communication and clarity.Qualifications:6+ years of experience in visual presentation design and brand design.Proven ability to lead design projects independently, managing execution, quality, and deadlines effectively.Expertise in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.Strong skills in presentation storytelling and slide design tailored to various business needs and audience types.Ability to self-QA work and establish quality control processes before delivery.Experience with brand identity systems, campaign creative, and digital/print production.Exceptional attention to detail, and a keen eye for layout and design consistency.Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, capable of confidently communicating design concepts and rationale to clients.Ability to work collaboratively across time zones and functions, aligning with teams to mitigate risks and ensure timely execution.Basic knowledge of video editing and motion design preferred, experience with Figma and After Effects is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
