Job Description We’re looking for a General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for a large format graphics facility in Miami . What You’ll Be Doing As A General Manager : • Lead and motivate a team across production, installation, design, and customer service • Oversee workflow, scheduling, quality control, and on-time delivery • Ensure optimal use of materials, equipment, and labor to meet client expectations • Partner with sales and account teams to deliver excellent service and quick turnarounds • Identify areas for operational improvements and help implement best practices • Monitor key performance indicators, budgets, and margins • Be a visible, engaged leader who’s comfortable on the floor and in the boardroom What We’re Looking For In A General Manager : • 5+ years in large / wide format graphics • Proven leadership in a general manager or operations management role, at least 2+ years • Hands-on and proactive -someone who can roll up their sleeves and lead by example • Strong communication skills and experience working cross-functionally • Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus, but not required Ready to lead a high-impact operation and make your mark in the graphics industry?
