The Graphic Design Manager leads the development and execution of visual assets that define and strengthen the G/FORE brand across all marketing channels. Acting as a brand guardian, this role ensures consistency while bringing fresh, modern, and bold creative ideas to life. Responsibilities • Lead and manage the graphic design team, providing creative direction, feedback, and mentorship. Requirements • Strong time management and ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in design and proofing • Ability to interpret and execute brand guidelines consistently • Ability to work independently and take initiative • Proficient on both Mac and PC operating systems • Strong foundation in design principles (typography, composition, spatial relationships) with a creative mindset to push boundaries while staying on-brand • 5+ years of graphic design experience, with at least 1–2 years in a senior or lead capacity • Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in branding, typography, layout, and multi-channel design • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) • Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and inspire a creative team • Strong organizational and project management skills • Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional partnership skills • Detail-oriented with a commitment to creative excellence and brand integrity
