The Global People Communications & Graphic Design Specialist is responsible for delivering high-quality visual content across the Global People Communications & Engagement function, while playing an active part in developing communications and engagement initiatives that connect, inform, and inspire employees globally. Support the creation of internal communications — including intake, writing, editing, and distribution — for company announcements, campaigns, platform content, and collateral for employee engagement initiatives Partner with stakeholders to ensure communications are visually strong, clear, relevant, and impactful Advise on the best way to deliver content (format, channel, layout and storytelling approach) Contribute to the development of communication plans and narrative frameworks Experience with internal communications or employee engagement initiatives.
