The Graphic Designer is responsible for all visual representations of the Good Earth Natural Foods brand. Responsibilities Marketing Design all internal and external assets for Good Earth Natural Foods, including signage, print and digital advertisements, social media content, e-newsletters, branded merchandise, product packaging, menus, and more. Ensure that all assets reflect Good Earth’s brand guidelines Layout Good Earth’s bi- monthly, full-color print newsletter, collaborating with Marketing Director on theme, creative direction, and graphics Layout Good Earth’s monthly sales flyer. Retouch photos and strip backgrounds as needed Operational Support Provide marketing floor support; replenish printed sales sheets/newsletters, conduct store walks to ensure all in-store signage is properly maintained, and participate in creating eye- catching assets for endcap displays Participate in external events, including representing Good Earth as a staff member at community events, interaction set up/tear down of displays Provide marketing coverage in absence of Marketing Director; work with General Manager on distribution of time sensitive communications, support community giving program, and maintain communication with community partners Work with Marketing Director to continuously evolve Good Earth Natural Foods’ brand vision Provide exceptional internal customer service while working with Good Earth Store, Category, and Department Managers, as well as buyers and staff members.
