We’re competing with top-tier freelance and agency talent—so we’re offering the kind of opportunity (and headroom) that attracts the best.Principle Duties and ResponsibilitiesDesign campaign adaptations across POS, digital, sales enablement, and social channelsCreate and maintain templates for regional reuse, ensuring consistency and scalabilitySupport light motion graphics projects (After Effects or similar)Ensure perfect file hygiene—your files are clean, organized, and ready for handoffCollaborate cross-functionally with marketing managers, creative directors, and external agenciesContribute to the evolution of our design system under the guidance of the Design Creative DirectorEducation & CertificationsRequired:Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Visual Design, or related field is required.Experience:1+ years of professional design experienceAdobe Creative Suite power user (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro)Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesStrong understanding of brand systems and visual storytelling.Experience in creative agency or fast-paced marketing environments is a plus.Motion design skills (even light ones) are a bonus.Completion of a respected design program preferred.Comfortable working on both Mac and PC platforms.Strategic thinker with a customer-focused mindset and attention to detail.About The Goodyear Tire & Rubber CompanyGoodyear is one of the world's largest tire companies.
